Asset and Facility Management (AFM) is currently the most important management initiative to ensure best return of investment achievable by property owners in both government and private sectors. The modern economies are dependent on vast infrastructure development such as roads, buildings transportation system and telecommunication networks which require effective and efficient asset and facility management solutions.
Understanding these requirements, Advanced Maintenance Precision Management Sdn Bhd (AMPM) has embarked into the business of providing comprehensive asset and facility management services for the Malaysian market.
Established in 1991, AMPM is currently one of the major players in the AFM industry in Malaysia. AMPM offers total AFM scope of services, which encompasses all aspects of AFM requirements as follows:

AMPM has been entrusted by the Government of Malaysia to operate and maintain the prominent Customs, Immigration and Quarantine (CIQ) Complex (now known as Bangunan Sultan Iskandar), located at Bukit Chagar, Johor Bahru, Johor. The facility management service contract is measurable on Key Performance Indicators (KPI), which is the first of its kind in the AFM industry in Malaysia.
Bangunan Sultan Iskandar is the busiest Entry and Exit Point in Malaysia. It operates non-stop, with more than 135,000 vehicles pass through this gateway daily (between Malaysia and Singapore). Currently, the total number of users in the Bangunan Sultan Iskandar is approximately 90 million per year. Besides being the busiest, it is also the most important gateway to welcome and promote Malaysia to the world, hence it is important that the facilities and services provided there are of a world-class level.
AMPM currently has 753 qualified and experienced resources to assist the building owner, i.e. the Government of Malaysia (under the responsibility of Bahagian Pengurusan Hartanah) and 22 user Agencies of the building to operate, maintain and sustain their operation systems and facilities management for Bangunan Sultan Iskandar.
